Wrap Up Post 2011!

It’s the end of the year… Time to see how I did on reading and on the challenges I signed up for.

I read a total of 69 books this year.  I guess I underestimated my reading in a year a bit, because on Goodreads I challenged myself to read only 50 books.  Now mind you, Goodreads lists only the English books I read, for the Dutch ones you have to go to LibraryThing.

I did fairly well or even great on some of the challenges I signed up for; on others I failed.  I wished I had read more classics (although one for each month of the year isn’t that bad) and especially more books from my shelf….

  1. You did really well with the challenges! I did fewer challenges and didn’t finish them all. Now you need to read more off the shelf, it’s obvious!

    • Yes, Judith, I am quite pleased with the results I reached on some of the challenges, although I did fail some… I haven’t read your post about your results , yet (if there is one, that is)… but I am sure you did fairly well too.
